Code of Practice

Although there is no formal regulation for Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs), there is a Code of Practice which is a set of standards to ensure the TPI you are dealing with can be trusted in terms of approach, systems and data capture. Detailed information can be found on www.tpicodeofpractice.co.uk, but in short Oroco Utilities adheres to the policies laid out, which cover staff recruitment, training, sales material, selling, Letters of Authority (LOAs), contracts, supplier objection and retention, commission, data, audits and so on. We acknowledge that we hold certain client information, which might be sensitive/ private and this is never shared with a third party, unless by prior consent with the client.

About Us

Oroco Utilities was set up in 2008 to help commercial companies with their electricity and gas contracts.
Since then we have worked with FTSE 100 companies, one-man bands, across all categories.
We have clients in Aberdeen and clients in Truro - nationwide scope.
